Anhui, already the size of the Nigerian economy, has developed the globe’s fastest quantum computer, the Jiuzhang, while its ‘Speech Valley’ had a 70% national market-share in smart devices. Anhui will develop one million electric vehicles and 100 GWh of electric batteries annually. 

 

Beijing, already the size of the Irish economy, had over 50,000 5G base stations and two million km in autonomous vehicle testing by Spring 2021. Beijing hosted the most sustainable Olympics of all time powered 100% renewably.  

 

Chongqing, already the size of the Bangladeshi economy, will have 150,000 5G base stations by 2025. Chongqing will be producing 400,000 electric vehicles by 2022. Chongqing hosts the globally pioneering AI Cloud Valley and horizontal Raffles smart cities. Chongqing is pioneering 800 km/h high-speed rail. 

 

Fujian, already the size of the Polish economy, has around a one-third share of the global electric battery market through CATL while Fujian had 49 GW of installed offshore wind capacity by 2019. Fujian is the Digital Silk Road maritime core anchor. 

 

Gansu, already the size of the Kuwaiti economy, had all its major cities covered through the Blockchain Service Network by March 2020. The global-leading 8 GW Jiuquan Wind Power Base has a 20 GW overall potential capacity. Gansu will develop 8,000 km of highways, 11 airports, and the smart Silk Road Information Port by 2025. 

 

Guangdong, already the size of the Australian economy, will over-double 5G base stations to 220,000 by 2022 for 60 million users. Around 1,500 charging stations and 350,000 charging piles will serve one million new energy vehicles by 2025. Shenzhen’s $5.7 billion smart sustainable ‘Net City’ will open in 2027. 

 

Guangxi, already the size of the Chilean economy, has the world’s largest electric vehicle city market in Liuzhou which also nationally pioneered in 2021 a 5G virtual reality theme park. Hezhou hosts the globe’s first commercial drone ‘e-port’ in Hezhou. The sustainable Liuzhou Forest City has around one million plants. 

 

Guizhou, already the size of the Portuguese economy, capital Guiyang, China's ‘big data valley’, will create a $120 billion related market by 2023. 38,000 electric vehicle charging piles by 2023 will supply Gui’an New Area’s smart sustainable transport. There will be over 10,000 km of motorways by 2022. 

 

Hainan, already the size of the Guatemalan economy, electric charging piles will supply one million electric vehicles and will have 50% green primary energy by 2025. High-speed rail will be mainland-connected in ten minutes by 2033. 150 million tourists by 2030 will position Hainan for global Free Trade Port supremacy by 2050.  

 

Hebei, already the size of the Austrian economy, is third nationally for autonomous vehicle testing as well as developing the world’s longest 3D printed bridge. The globally pioneering Xiong’an New Area, China’s ‘1,000-year project’, will have an 80% digital GDP and 100% renewable power by 2035. 

 

Heilongjiang, already the size of the Kazakh economy, had 1,000 UAVs historically increasing rice yields by 5% over 1.6 million hectares by 2019. Harbin Institute of Technology manufactures at least 150,000 lithium batteries daily. The 350 km/h Beijing-Harbin High-Speed Railway can operate in -40 degree Celsius. 

 

Henan, already the size of the Turkish economy, will near-double its 5G base stations to 168,000 by 2022. Henan will construct 600 electric vehicle charging stations and 70,000 charging piles. Henan’s renewable capacity will reach 50 GW by 2025. 

 

Hong Kong, already the size of the Vietnamese economy, had 195 blockchain startups by July 2021. Electric charging piles will over double to 155,000 by 2025 facilitating carbon-neutrality by 2050. Five-minute drone commutes will be part of its BRI high-tech logistical offshore financial hub. 

 

Hubei, already the size of the Swedish economy, will have a $28.12 billion AI core industrial value by 2030 powering Wuhan’s ‘Super Brain’. Hubei’s 5G base stations will reach 100,000 by 2022. Wuhan will possess the largest domestic autonomous vehicle hydrogen testing fleet until 2024. 

 

Hunan, already the size of the Belgian economy, will have 30,000 blockchain related-companies by 2022. Hunan will double electric vehicle charging piles to 400,000 for 220,000 electric vehicles by 2025. Changsha, the ‘City of Intelligent Driving’, domestically pioneered autonomous Apollo Robotaxis.

 

Inner Mongolia, already the size of the Peruvian economy, led nationally for wind generation in 2019 with a national-leading 50 GW installed renewable capacity by April 2021 and over 50% sustainable overall power capacity by 2025.

 

Jiangsu, already the size of the Brazilian economy, had 50,000 AI-related enterprises ranked second nationally and 71,000 5G base stations by early 2021. Jiangsu has over 200,000 electric vehicles and almost 100,000 charging piles.

 

Jiangxi, already the size of the Singaporean economy, will construct 300,000 electric vehicle charging piles by 2023. Nanchang’s $7.4 billion ‘VR Town’ will quintuple extended reality industrial value to $15.62 billion by 2023. 

 

Jilin, already the size of the Hungarian economy, capital Changchun won ‘China's leading smart city’ in 2020. Changchun developed 400 km/h high-speed rail globally compatible with different rail systems, 5G, and able to travel in temperatures of -50 degree Celsius and 50 degree Celsius. 

 

Liaoning, already the size of the Ukrainian economy, will almost treble 5G base stations to 140,000 by 2025. Siasun’s historic Industry 4.0 demonstration smart R&D factory has 10,000 robotic yearly production. The 350 km/h Beijing-Shenyang High-Speed Railway is able to operate autonomously in -40 degree Celsius. 

 

Macau, already the size of the Paraguayan economy, is piloting the digital yuan for its $45 billion casino industry at six times the size of Las Vegas by December 2020. Macau will become a BRI China-Lusophone economic trading and tourism hub. 

 

Ningxia, already the size of the Uruguayan economy, is developing the largest global PV hydrogen project as well as the formerly world-leading 1.54 GW Tengger Desert Solar Park. Wind and solar energy capacity will be in excess of 50 GW at over 55% of installed capacity by 2025.
